  • Arnold Presses x 8 AHAP
  • Banded Seated Row x 12 (use 2 bands)

Strength B: Deadlift

  • Close hand position, neutral feet
  • 3 sets of 10 @ 70-75% or 7 RPE

In 4 Mins complete the following

  • 200M Run
  • 50 x Double Unders
  • 9 x Deadlifts @ 275/185
