W.U. 10 Min Coaches Stretch

Core 1: 50 x Banded Deadbugs (Use a harder band if possible)

Conditioning: Bike or Row Chose 1

  • 100 x Calories is the goal
  • :60 sec On/:60 sec Off
  • Record total time

Core 2: 3 rounds per side, alternate

  • 10 x Side plank hip touches on 10th rep hold :30 sec

W.O.D 4 Rounds of

  • 5 x TGU’s Left/5  x TGU’s Right (Chose weight for correct movement)
  • 10 x Dips (rings, matador or bench)
  • 15 x Air Squats
  • 20 x Situps
