Coaches Notes: Cover mechanics of back squat points of performance
Strength: Back Squat
- Build to a heavy 6 rep in NO more than 5 sets
- In between each set 50ft Broad Jumps, in as little amount of jumps as possible
W.O.D 3 x 3 Mins min Clock, 1 min Rest
In 3 mins Complete
- 30 x DU’s
- 10 x Goblet Squats into 10 x Swings (No putting KB Down) 53/35
- 10 x Pushups into :30 sec Plank ( No rest between last pushup and :30 sec Hold)
