Strength: Back Squat

  • Build to a heavy 6 rep in NO more than 5 sets
  • In between each set 50ft Broad Jumps, in as little amount of jumps as possible

  • 30 x DU’s
  • 10 x Goblet Squats into 10 x Swings (No putting KB Down) 53/35
  • 10 x Pushups into :30 sec Plank ( No rest between last pushup and :30 sec Hold)
