W.U. 10 Min Stretch

Core 1: 3 sets of

  • 10 x Alt Bird Dogs w/3 sec squeeze

Strength:  5 sets of

  • 10 x Reverse Flys
  • 10 x Lateral Raises
  • 10 x Shrugs
  • 10 x Bent Over Rows

**Use 2 DB’s for each and AHAP for each movement

Core 2: Lateral Tilts

  • 3 sets, 10 reps per side

Conditioning WOD:  3 RFT of

  • 500M Row
  • 100ft Low profile bear crawl (Core tight)
  • :60 sec low plank
