Strength/Skill:  Pistols/Presses, 5 sets of

  • Use a Bench or Chair or Box (elevated position) 5L/5R (Quality movement
  • Half Kneeling Strict Press with KB x 10L/10 R

W.O.D 5 Rounds, 3 Min Window, 1 Min Rest

In 3 Mins Complete the following:

  • 25 x KB Swings Full Range of motion
  • 20 x Air Squats
  • 10 x Pushups

Core:  2 Movements , 4 rounds

  • Modified TTB from floor x 20
  • 10L/10R Kneeling Wood Chops
