  • Work through mechanics and explosiveness of the movement

W.O.D 20 Min AMRAP of

  • 10 x KB Floor Press (5L/5R) 53/35
  • 10 x Box Dips
  • 15 x Pushups
  • 20 x Burpees

Core:  5 Mins

  • Lateral Plank Hip touches.
  • 50 per side
  • After every 10 reps hold :15 sec side plank
  • Complete all one side before the other
