- Build to a heavy 3 or
- Work through mechanics and explosiveness of the movement
W.O.D 20 Min AMRAP of
- 10 x KB Floor Press (5L/5R) 53/35
- 10 x Box Dips
- 15 x Pushups
- 20 x Burpees
Core: 5 Mins
- Lateral Plank Hip touches.
- 50 per side
- After every 10 reps hold :15 sec side plank
- Complete all one side before the other
