Fundamentals is our beginner Intro class. This class is scheduled with an instructor one on one and is 3 hours broken down into 3, 1 hr increment sessions. This program will be our base and guideline for brining you in to any class offered at the gym. We will cover a wide array of movements from Gymnastics to Olympic Weightlifting movements. The information is a guide to continuously build upon daily.
