The CoreFit or the Endurance classes are the best 2 starting points. There is NO perquisites and it will build on the basic movements to develop bodily control and stability.
These classes have more of a structured strength training base and use a wide variety of tools such as barbells, sandbags etc…
The Fundamentals is required for this class.
Well, easy answer is Community. We have a lot of close friendships in a fun personally competitive environment the yields results when you put in the effort.
No easy answer. Anything can be dangerous when not planned out or thought through. We pride ourselves on safety and technique first before we worry about moving towards more complex movements or workouts. The progression of weightlifting is individual based.
