A. 10 Min AMRAP of “Cindy”

  • 5 x Pullups
  • 10 x Pushups
  • 15 x Squats

B. 10 Min Clock, 5 RFT of

  • 15 x KB Swings 53/35
  • 10 x HSPU
  • 5 x Burpees

**Each person will be doing both WOD’s
