- Work to a Heavy Single Snatch
- Work to a Triple Touch n Go Clean (Full)
- Use 105% of Heavy Snatch for the day
- Do 3 sets of 8 Snatch Shrugs from Hang Position
*Each Heavy Lift do 3 to 4 Warmup sets of 2-3 reps the start looking to the numbers
