W.U. Spend 5-10 Mins Foam Rolling and Stretching

Strength:  3 Parts

  • Work to a Heavy Single Snatch
  • Work to a Triple Touch n Go Clean (Full)
  • Use 105% of Heavy Snatch for the day
    • Do 3 sets of 8 Snatch Shrugs from Hang Position

*Each Heavy Lift do 3 to 4 Warmup sets of 2-3 reps the start looking to the numbers
