A.  Split Squats 8 per leg

  • Every 2 mins x 8 sets do 8 reps per leg, increase weight if possible

B. 5 Rounds, Every 3 mins complete

  • 10 x Back Squats at Heaviest Split Squat weight
  • 10 x Good Mornings same weight
  • 10 x Air Squats

W.O.D 3 Rounds of

  • 400M Run, 500M Row, 1000M Bike (Chose one)
  • 21  x Burpees
