  • 7=Hang DB Snatch (7 per side)50/35
  • 8= 2-Count Mountain Climbers (16)
  • 9= Pushups
  • 10= Wall Ball 20/14
  • 11= Barbell Bicep Curls 45/35
  • 12= Calories

**After every 3 rounds complete 250M Row/200M Run/:60 sec Bike (60+ RPM)
