  • 100 x Jumping Jacks
  • 25 x Russian KB Swings

Core: Tabata Formate, 8 rds of each movement :20 sec on/:10 sec off

  1. Bicycle Crunches
  2. Flutter Kicks

Bodyweight Finisher: AFAP complete

  • 100 x 2 count Mountain climbers (left + Right = 1)
  • Every 10 stop and do 5 x Pushups
