KB Work: In a 20 min Window, 5 RFT of
- 25 x Goblet Squats
- 100 x Jumping Jacks
- 25 x Russian KB Swings
Core: Tabata Formate, 8 rds of each movement :20 sec on/:10 sec off
- Bicycle Crunches
- Flutter Kicks
Bodyweight Finisher: AFAP complete
- 100 x 2 count Mountain climbers (left + Right = 1)
- Every 10 stop and do 5 x Pushups
