W.U. Ankle, Knee and Hip prep for Pistols (this one is a little lengthy, really go through it all and try)

W.O.D  Complete 2 Rounds of the following work. After one round rest approx 3 mins repeat

  • Row 500 or Run 400 or Bike 1600M
  • 25 x Pistols left side
  • 35 x 2-Count mountain climbers
  • 45 x DU’ or 90 singles
  • 100 ft burpee broad Jump or Approx 25 x Burpees
  • 45 x DU
  • 35 x  2- Count mountain climbers
  • 25 x Pistols right side
  • Row 500 or Run 400 or Bike 1600M
