  • 10 x Box Jumps 30/24
  • 10 x Lateral Burpees over bar

*once the team hits 10 Rounds then AMRAP of

Partner A: 250M Row or 20/15 Calories Bike

Partner B: works on AMRAP of

  • 10 x Thrusters 95/65
  • 10 x Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20

** All AMRAP Switches happen after Partner A complete their part etc….
