Strength Work:  2 Parts, Switch groups after completion

A. Back Squat

  • Build to a 4 Rep Max ( no more than 7 sets, 32 total reps)

B. Skill Work, 5 sets

  • Work on Pistol Variations 3/3 each set (develop this balance and skill)
  • 4 x Kneeling to Box Jump as high as possible

W.O.D for time complete 10 RFT of

  • 5 x Pushups
  • 10 x Situps
  • 15 x Squats

*Wear a weight  vest if you have one 20/14
