*Each round add 2 HSPU to your work load i.e. 2,4,6,8 etc….

B: 10 Min Clock, 5 Rounds
- 10 x Alt DB Snatches 50/35
- 8 x TTB
*Each round at 10 reps to the DB Snatch i.e. 10,20,30,40,50

C: 10 Min Clock
- 20 x Seal Burpees
- 20 x 8-Count Body Builders
- 20 x Burpees
