A: 10 Min Clock

  • 2 x Strict HSPU
  • 12/10 Calories on Bike

*Each round add 2 HSPU to your work load i.e. 2,4,6,8 etc….

REST 2 Mins

B: 10 Min Clock, 5 Rounds

  • 10 x Alt DB Snatches 50/35
  • 8 x TTB

*Each round at 10 reps to the DB Snatch i.e. 10,20,30,40,50

REST 2 Mins

C: 10 Min Clock

  • 20 x Seal Burpees
  • 20 x 8-Count Body Builders
  • 20 x Burpees
