B. Multi Direction Lunges

  • 3 reps per leg, 3 sets use 35/26 or less

W.O.D 3 RFT of

  • 10 x Alt DB Clean and Jerks 60/40
  • 30 x Double Unders
  • 6 x Burpees over DB
