W.O.D “Dice Game” w/Partner 20 Rds is the Goal in the time of 40mins

  • 2 = 800M run
  • 3 = Seal Burpees
  • 4 = HSPU
  • 5 = Strict Pullups
  • 6 = Box Jump Overs 24/20
  • 7 = Pushups
  • 8 = KB Swings 70/53
  • 9 = Wall Ball 20/14
  • 10 = Cals on Bike
  • 11 = Double DB Thrusters 35’s/20’s
  • 12 = Hollow Rocks and Supermans

*Roll 2 dice, sum of the 2 is the number of reps followed by the corresponding definition of work

*After each teammate complete the exercise equally then a 300M row will be completed Split 150/150
