Skill: False Grip work
- 3 sets of 10 or 6 sets of 5 False Grip ring rows
- Athletes choses either rep/set scheme based on ability to hold false grip
Strength: Elevated Deadlift or Deficit
- 3 sets of 10 @ 70% or 1 RM or 7 RPE
W.O.D 21-15-9 of
- Double DB Thrusters 50’s/35’s
- Bent Over DB rows, same weight
*After each segment 50 x DUB’s
