Skill:  False Grip work

  • 3 sets of 10 or 6 sets of 5 False Grip ring rows
  • Athletes choses either rep/set scheme based on ability to hold false grip

Strength:  Elevated Deadlift or Deficit

  • 3 sets of 10 @ 70% or 1 RM or 7 RPE

W.O.D 21-15-9 of

  • Double DB Thrusters 50’s/35’s
  • Bent Over DB rows, same weight

*After each segment 50 x DUB’s
